Accountable

This is the personal requirement or expectation to justify actions or decisions. I like to use word responsible. Accountable means that you are obligated to explain,

justify, and take responsibility for your actions or inactions and to answer to someone that could be of higher or lower authority. It is important here to note that

as leaders, we should be accountable to our actions or inactions as whether you decide to act or not to act is equally important.

Like Martin Luther King Jr said: “In the end, we will remember not only the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.”
